Theoretical Learning: Strengthening Foundations and Grasping Quality Essentials
During the theoretical learning phase, 37 quality supervisors and key personnel from the company participated in the training. The content included case studies of outstanding curtain wall construction projects, quality strategies for overseas projects, promotion of the "three-stage" quality management approach, and comprehensive quality control methods for the entire workflow. Interactive discussions facilitated knowledge sharing and mutual learning from experiences.
Practical Exercises: Applying Knowledge to Enhance Hands-On Skills
In the practical exercises segment, the quality management team led participants to on-site visits at Zhuhai production facilities and benchmark projects such as the China Merchants Bank Headquarters Building and the International Exchange Center. Through on-site demonstrations of key processes such as curtain wall component processing, welding, and sealing, participants identified potential quality risks. Hands-on guidance was provided for rectifying typical issues and understanding inspection procedures, achieving a dual enhancement of both "theory and practice."
