Innovation Drives Empowerment, Aiming to Set an Overseas Integrated Benchmark | Successful Installation of the First Unit Panel at Cambodia’s Ta

Recently, the curtain wall project of Cambodia's Kai Bo Tower, undertaken by Sanxin Technology, held the first unit panel installation and commencement ceremony. The successful initial installation of the curtain wall units marks the official launch of curtain wall construction for Cambodia's tallest building!



Cambodia Kai Bo Tower Curtain Wall Project
Located on Monivong Boulevard in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the curtain wall project covers an area of 47,000 square meters and reaches a height of 245.6 meters. It is a comprehensive international complex integrating ultra-five-star hotels, Grade A offices, and villa apartments.

The Kai Bo Tower project combines aesthetic appeal and architectural design concepts with local cultural elements, utilizing materials such as golden, dark golden, and gray glass and aluminum profiles, as well as hollow-carved decorative grilles. The main curtain wall systems include unitized glass curtain walls (tower), framed glass curtain walls (podium), and stainless steel honeycomb panels. The project faces significant challenges in the processing and construction of the large "Y"-shaped decorative strips on floors 44–50 and the 8.5-meter full-height triple-cavity panels at the corner of the 47th floor.

Sanxin Technology's overseas division successfully overcame technical difficulties such as precision control in panel processing and coordination of cross-border transportation through efficient collaboration among various departments. The project adopts an innovative integrated design approach, incorporating elements such as the building curtain wall, lighting, and logos into a unified design system. In terms of quality control, a joint inspection and acceptance system for initial samples was strictly implemented to ensure all materials and processed panels meet standards. Regarding project progress, performance tests have been successfully passed in one go, the main structure has largely been topped out, on-site installation of initial samples has been completed smoothly, and the project has now entered the full-scale construction phase.
